  2. 02

Stretch-fleece panels on the sides and underarms ensure freedom of movement and prevent overheating.

  3. 03

Available as a Hoody (M17030, with hood) and Jacket (M17031, without hood), each for women and men.

  4. 04

During longer periods of inactivity, a fully insulated jacket is warmer – the Revlo Hybrid is designed for movement.

Why pure insulation is often the wrong choice for sport

You get warm on the ascent. At the summit, as soon as you stop, the cold gets through immediately. A fully insulated jacket almost always falls out of step: while walking, it becomes too warm, you sweat, the insulation gets damp – and just when you need it most, it cools down faster.

Marmot solves the problem not with more or less filling, but with a different distribution. The Revlo Hybrid Line combines insulated areas with breathable stretch zones in targeted locations – warmth that moves with you instead of slowing you down.

PrimaLoft Silver Active: lightweight, warm and breathable

The core of the insulation is PrimaLoft Silver Active – a synthetic-fibre insulation developed specifically for high-intensity activities. It provides noticeable warmth at low weight while remaining significantly more breathable than traditional insulation. In other words, it is designed to perform while you move – not just when standing still.

To ensure the warmth sits exactly where it is needed, Marmot combines this insulation with a hybrid construction: insulated zones on the torso and shoulders, with breathable stretch areas in the places that produce the most heat.

  1. Hybrid design with clearly defined functions

Insulating areas made from PrimaLoft Silver Active retain heat, while breathable stretch zones regulate the temperature – combined for optimum temperature regulation instead of a compromise.

  2. Stretch-fleece panels in targeted zones

The sides and underarms use fleece instead of insulation. This creates freedom of movement in the areas that work hardest when walking and climbing, while specifically preventing overheating there.

  3. Outer material made from recycled 20D nylon

Lightweight yet durable – the nylon outer material withstands rucksack straps and branches without adding noticeable weight.

  4. Packs into its own pocket

For tours with minimal luggage, the jacket can be packed away compactly. This way, you have a reserve layer of warmth with you without it taking up space in your rucksack.

The technology is available in two silhouettes, each for women and men: the Revlo Hybrid Hoody with a hood and the Revlo Hybrid Jacket with a stand-up collar and no hood. Both share the same insulation, hybrid construction and materials – the only difference is the cut.

Both have a sporty, close-fitting cut, adjusted separately for women's and men's bodies. This means the jacket also sits close to the body under a shell or rucksack strap, without adding bulk.

Who the Revlo Hybrid is for

  1. 1
