Pace & finish time calculator
You know the distance and time of your last run and want to know what it means for your next race? The calculator shows your pace per kilometre. It also projects where the same pace would take you over the classic race distances.

How the calculation works
Pace is time divided by distance. 60 minutes over 10 kilometres is 6:00 minutes per kilometre, or 10 km/h.
For the finish times, the app multiplies that pace by 5 km, 10 km, 21.0975 km (half marathon) and 42.195 km (marathon). Enter time in minutes; decimals are fine, so 52.5 means 52 minutes 30 seconds.
How to read the result
The pace at the top is your average. The finish times only hold if you keep exactly that pace for the whole distance.
Almost everyone slows down over longer races. For a half marathon, expect a slightly slower pace than in your 10 km run.
Frequently asked questions
How do I turn hours into minutes?
Hours times 60, plus the minutes. One hour 45 minutes is 105 minutes.
Why is my marathon time so optimistic here?
Because the app keeps your pace constant. Endurance, fuelling and the course all slow a marathon down. Treat the projection as a best case.
Does it work for trail running?
Only roughly. Climbing and terrain change your speed so much that pace per kilometre says little off-road.
