How to measure
A tape measure, a wall and two minutes. This is how you measure what the brands' size charts ask for.
Foot length
Stand barefoot with your heel against a wall and mark your longest toe on a sheet of paper. Measure both feet in the evening and take the longer one.
Find your size: ShoesChest
Wrap the tape under your arms around the fullest part of your chest. Keep it level and snug, not tight.
Find your size: JacketsWaist
Measure at the narrowest point between ribs and hips, usually just above the navel. Breathe normally and do not pull your stomach in.
Find your size: TrousersInside leg
Without shoes, measure along the inside of your leg from the crotch to the floor. It is most accurate with a book between your legs and a second person.
Find your size: TrousersHead circumference
Wrap the tape around your head one finger above your eyebrows and ears. The widest point at the back of your head counts.
Find your size: HelmetsHand
Depending on the chart, measure around the widest part without the thumb, or the length from wrist to middle fingertip. The chart's header says which one.
Find your size: GlovesHeight
Stand barefoot with your back against a wall and lay a book flat on your head. Measure from the floor to the underside of the book.
