Win the Ortles Guide 2 38L
The Ortles Guide 2 is Salewa's backpack for high tours and ski touring: 38 litres, 1.27 kg, made from abrasion-resistant Robic nylon with a ripstop grid. It comes with ski fixation, a separate compartment for avalanche gear and holders for ice axes and ice tools. The hip belt and lid can be removed when it needs to be light. We are giving it away in gold/black. Anyone aged 18 or over can enter, no customer account needed.

Insulation: warm at the break, mobile on the climb
The new Ortles MED 4 RDS Down Jacket is a light down jacket for high tours and ski touring: 90/10 down with 750 cuin, around 330 g in a medium size, TirolWool® Air on the hood and forearms. The two-way zip opens from below, so you can reach your harness and belay device. The Ortles Hybrid TWR Jacket combines insulation made from Tyrolean sheep wool with stretch panels on the back and sides. It keeps you warm even when damp and packs into its own pocket.

Hardshell: watertight in storm, snow and ice
The Ortles GTX 3L EPE is the alpine hardshell with a three-layer GORE-TEX ePE membrane, a 28,000 mm water column, a helmet-compatible hood and pockets that stay reachable with a climbing harness. New is the Ortles Powertex Extreme 3L, made from Salewa's own membrane: 25,000 mm water column, stretch material and underarm ventilation, built for high tours and ski touring.
