Terms & data protection

1. Organiser

The prize draw is organised by SportFits in cooperation with Bergans of Norway and Anderswo Camp.

2. Eligibility

Entrants must be at least 18 years old and resident in Germany or Austria.

Employees of the organiser and of companies involved in running the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry period

Entries are accepted until 15 August 2026 at 23:59. Entries received after the closing time cannot be considered.

4. How to enter

Entry is via the entry form. A valid entry requires answers to all five questions as well as the entrant's full name and email address.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not be considered.

5. Prize

The prize is a nature-camping weekend for two people in the Bavarian Forest National Park at Anderswo Camp, including selected Bergans equipment. The exact dates will be agreed with the winner; travel to and from the camp must be organised independently.

Further details of the prize, including booking, dates and arrangements, will be provided directly to the winner after the prize draw has ended.

The prize cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or transferred to another person.

6. Selection and notification of the winner

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date and notified using the email address supplied on the entry form.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the claim to the prize will lapse. SportFits may then select another winner.

7. Data protection

Personal data collected as part of the entry, in particular the entrant's full name and email address, will be stored and processed solely for the purpose of running and administering the prize draw.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. Data will only be shared with third parties where necessary to fulfil the prize, for example with Anderswo Camp.

The collected data will be deleted after the prize draw unless statutory retention obligations apply. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect.

8. Other provisions

No legal recourse is permitted.

SportFits reserves the right to end, interrupt or amend the prize draw early where there are important reasons to do so.
